Hey Everyone so as my title above says...it is Christmas today!  Which really excites me because Christmas is the time where we can spend with the family and enjoy ourselves at dinner and talks in the living room.

This year Christmas was so exciting and off the top.  Now spending half a year or maybe even a year talking to my dad about Taylor guitars my wish finally came true.  This year I got a beautiful Taylor 110 guitar that has Indian Cherry Wood.  She is so beautiful and I love her so much.  

Yes, I know you may think I am a bit crazy...but its actually a "she".  I guess if you don't play guitar or an instrument it may seem odd to call it a she or he.  But honestly...for me it isn't..because you become so attached to your guitar.  It becomes your best friend and you always watch out for it.

Okay so enough talk about that...

I got to spend Christmas with my friend from Germany who actually went home the same day of Christmas.  It was pretty upsetting to be honest...

Hopefully she comes back nexrt year as planned because I would like to see her some more.  I won't have a Harry Potter date with me anymore.  *sigh* 

Okay so I guess that's a little bit about my Christmas day.  I hope you guys liked my blog and sorry for my constant talk of guitars.

Hey everyone!  So I was going through Hebrews as a blog to do today.  However, as I was doing some online web surfing I found another blog trying to prove that God is not real and that the bible is false because it was written by men.

Well, I found that to be completely wrong..obviously...and I instead of doing a Hebrews blog today I have postponed that for next weeks blog.  Today I wanted to go over why God is real and the bible too. 

So...what I have seen in blogs and comments is that "There are no miracles today..."

Okay so question about that then...are you saying that there is no miracles today and that there were back then?  If so shouldn't that prove that there is something of greater force?  Also another question..how do you know that there is no miracles today?

Something greater then the whole 11:11 make a wish...or good luck and bad luck...

This is from personal experience.  While we were in Germany my dad needed a car so he can go to work..but we didn't have one..we decided to just sit down and pray that God would provide us a transportation to work.  Before we even ended the prayer we had someone ring our doorbell.  Guess what?  A guy offered us his car...

There are more stories that I have but there is that one for now...

Okay, let me ask you this...

Was true truth invented?  Or was it always there?  Think about it...Truth to something is there for a cause.  It wasn't just created..The honest truth cannot be invented.

Now moving on to the bible...

"Man wrote the bible so why trust it..?"

Honestly this is my favorite thing to answer..I love answering this..

Can I ask you something?  Why do we trust any type of science book...history book...or even math books...They are all theories right?  But we choose to trust these theories...
And if you may think that well you can't actually prove the God was there...okay well for the people who believe in the slender man spooky haunting stuff...how can you prove it was actually there?  There is just as much of a chance that it isn't existing...

I see this a lot..."All religion is the same.."

Okay..well...if you want you can go back to my blog about ISIS and what they believe and what they go by compared to the bible.  In every religion you have to work your way to "god" but Christianity God puts forth the effort to come to you...That's why He died on the cross...that's why he gives us a chance to come to Him instead of forcing us too.  He wants us to come because we know its the right thing to do.  Not because he is forceful.

Guys...guys..really?  So does science..(biology, anatomy, chemistry). Math (Algebra 1, geometry, Algebra 2)

Authors have agendas..Everyone has an agenda...

My Week

My week

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been keeping up with my blog here recently.  I have been pretty busy with somethings.  I didn't know what to talk about this week so I decided to keep things simple and tell you guys what I have been doing.

So I have been busy with school.  Doing homework and everything.  It has been a struggle for me to keep up.  I am where I need to be though.  Also, I was at a school dance with some friends and that kept me very busy.  The dance was really exciting actually.  It was my first ever semi-formal and I was super nervous.  I ended up finding my friend though and hung out with him during the dance and it was so much fun.

After the dance another normal week of school came and I had to study for my quiz in Anatomy.  It is a difficult and time consuming class for me.  I have also been on the search for my phone.  I couldn't find it and I sort of lost it somewhere in my house.  I will eventually find it.  

Anyways thats honestly all I have been up to.  I know it doesn't seem like much but it has been busy for me.  Hopefully my next blog I will have something to talk about.  Until next week.  Thanks guys.  You are all amazing!  Any questions email me at servantofgod98@gmail.com and if you have any ideas you would like me to talk about just let me know.  

My Story

Hey Everyone!!  So, I am writing a book and I didn't know if you all knew but yes, I am.  I don't have a name for it yet but I just have a little bit of chapter one done.  So that is what this week's blog will be about.  I am going to share what I have so far in the story.  Reminder...this is my first book so its not going to be good.  It takes practice with writing!  So here we go.. Hope you guys like it.



Chapter 1


Cordelia, a petite British girl who has beautiful red curly locks and the rarest most beautiful cat eyes anyone has seen, was what one would call an outcast.  She had the beautiful looks, so she didn't understand why she was considered an outcast in her school.

Cordelia was interested in what society would call odd things.  She absolutely loved anime and loved to read manga.  She was practically obsessed with two other British youtubers.  Dan and Phil.
Although she was considered and outcast in school she did enjoy her social yet antisocial life. Cordelia, like Dan and Phil was a youtuber and was also friends with her all time favorite obsessions.  She had over fifteen thousand subscribers on youtube.  Not much at all.  Although she had such a little amount of subscribers she loved for them to comment on her posts and also loved for them to like and share her video's.  So she loved her life as far as the web life.

Now...as far as school.  She didn't like it very much.  She felt so out of place.  No one liked her and thought she was weird because of the things that she was interested in.  She was put to shame in school.  This made her bitter and angry and she hated society throughout the years more and more.  She never left her house.  She acted happy around other people and of course for her awesome followers.  Inside she was burning up.  She was close to her breaking point.  The thing people didn't know about Cordelia is that she had multi personality.


Okay, so this is all I am going to share with you, and this is only the first few paragraphs so thats all the preview you will get for this chapter.  Now this is just a rough draft.  So I am going to be doing a lot of fixing up.

Hey Everyone!  So I am terrible sorry that it has been so long since I have update my blog, I have been so busy and it is fall break so I am doing all sorts of fun things.  But as I promised before, I will be doing a blog about abortion.

I will most definitely have my input in it and also facts that I have found online and I will add the links to where I found them below so you can also look at them if you are interested.

So here we go...

My personal opinion about abortion is that I strongly disagree with it.  I believe that a child should be given the chance to live his/her life.  I don't think that it is fair for the child to b killed because of the immaturity and irresponsibility of other people.

Also, a lot of people argue with me about a child, or what they would call a fetus, is not alive until so many years old; However, that does not make sense to me because of the fact that science proves that in order for something to grow it must be living.  A fetus grows so therefore it is alive.  

What I find to be interesting is this article that I have found that you will find a surprisingly large amount of people do not know about.  It talks about the procedures that you will have to go through in order to continue with this abortion and also what are some of the effects on abortion.

• If you are a minor, a parent must be notified or you will have to ask a judge to waive that notification
• You will get a physical exam
• You will get counseling
• You will talk about your feelings about abortion
• You will find out about the risks of having an abortion
• One death per every 530,000 abortions if you are at eight weeks or less
   • One death per 17,000 abortions for pregnancies at 16–20 weeks
   • One death per 6,000 abortions at 21 weeks and more.
• Cramping of the uterus or pelvic pain
   • Nausea or vomiting
   • Diarrhea
   • Warmth or chills
   • Headache
   • Dizziness
   • Fatigue
   • Inability to get pregnant due to infection or complication of an operation
   • Allergic reaction to the medicines
   • Hemorrhage (heavy bleeding) possibly requiring treatment with an operation, a blood transfusion, or both

   • Rarely, death.
• Dilatation and Curettage (D&C) with Vacuum Aspiration
• Possible side effects and risks:

   • Injury to the bowel or the bladder
   • A cut or torn cervix (cervical laceration)
   • Incomplete removal of the unborn child, placenta, or contents of the uterus requiring an additional operation
   • Infection
   • Complications from anesthesia such as respiratory problems, nausea and vomiting, headaches, or drug reactions
   • Inability to get pregnant due to infection or complication from an operation
   • A possible hysterectomy as a result of complication or injury during the procedure
   • Hemorrhage (heavy bleeding)
   • Emergency treatment for any of the above problems, including possible need to treat with an operation, medicines, or a blood transfusion
   • Rarely, death.

So obviously the people who have gotten an abortion had to go through some sort of counseling because of the fact that this really is a serious issue and it does affect many people after a while.  It is very upsetting, and a lot of women who have gone through this whole process of abortion need mental help.

So think wisely on the choices that you make, and think about your actions because what you choose to do can seriously put an affect on you and your future.

Hey everyone, so I did make a video for youtube, It turned out great for the most part..but then it came to the posting...  It would not POST!  So I need to figure out how to post the video nd then it will be ready.  It may take some time, but I promise I will work on getting it posted.

Anyways thats all for now about the video.  Sorry for not posting last week, I was going to but I had no time to post.  So I guess here is what we are getting today.  I have been thinking about an important blog topic for next week and I have came to other conclusion that it will be about abortion. So this week I will be working on getting information for this topic.

Something About This Week

Hey everyone, so I am sorry I said on my last blog that I was going to post a video on youtube but I haven't done that yet.  This weekend I was hanging out with one of my friends so I didn't actually get it done so I am hopefully going to do that today and tomorrow and upload it but Thursay or Friday depending on how it goes.

So this week I am going to be doing the beauty video and going to be talking about the things that I normally use and what works best for me and lighter skinned people.  I won't be doing any examples besides showing you the type of makeup I use and so on.  So hopefully by the next video I do about make up after the baking video I will be ready to show you how I do it, and hope that it all works out as planned.

I really want to be able to reach out to you guys and show you who I am and my interests in the videos and just get you all to know the real me outside of this blog.  I enjoy blogging don't get me wrong, but I also like you guys getting to know me other than just a blogger.  

So that is the plan for this week really, video taping tonight and then editing tomorrow so I can be ready to upload by Thursday and get ideas about next weeks video.  So this is how my schedule will go.

YouTube beauty/cooking Channel

Hey everyone, so I have been thinking about my youtube channel and what to do with it.  I haven't been posting on youtube lately simply because I could not find a topic to talk about on youtube.  So I have finally figured out what I will do.  

I am going to be starting a beauty channel on youtube, makeup, outfits, and hair.  That is what I am going to be doing.  Also as a side channel I am going to be starting a cooking channel, and I am so very excited to share my ideas with you guys.

The whole thing that got me started on a beauty channel was one of my favorite youtubers Zoella.  I really enjoyed watching her channel and thought that it would be really fun to do.  The cooking channel was inspired by Dan and Phil.  They are also some of my favorite youtubers.  Also if you all know Autumn, she is a good friend, her and I may be working together.

I will try to post a video by tonight on youtube, and do a weekly video.  I This week will be a beauty video and then next week I will do a cooking video.  Also if you guys have any suggestions on what else I could do let me know.

College

So, I just applied for a college which is a huge step for me and I am absolutely nervous about.  Yeah, maybe it is a community college, Ivy Tech, but still I am nervous about moving on.  I have been in school my whole life...elementary..middle...and high school...but now its College.  I whole new world.

I am going to go to Ivy Tech for Human Services.  I want to go get a PhD in Psychology but they do not offer that at Ivy Tech. I researched the closest thing to Psychology though and found that human services is the closest it gets.  So I will be going for two years for Human Services.  I signed up for the SAT, which I am very nervous about.

Aside from that school is going well I would suppose.  Cross Country season is almost finished, and I won't be running.  I will be managing for the rest of the season.  I joined the French Club and also I am going to try out for a play.  Which I will tell you more about once I find out whether I got a part or not.

Anyways that is what's been happening here lately.  Nothing spectacular.  Just everyday life I would suppose. That is all for tonight, and I will let you guys know when I get a letter from Ivy Tech.  Keep me in prayers.  Love you all!!  Good night!

So I was thinking of a good topic to come up with or write about,  I noticed that many people have been talking about the homosexual marriage and its a viral issue.  I believe that this matter is very important to discuss and I know that many people have an opinion on it.  Some my agree, disagree, or don't really care at all.  Some people may not even focus to much on it.

In my opinion I do not support homosexual marriage at all.  I think that homosexual marriages should not be allowed, However; I have many friend who are gay, lesbian, bisexual.  I personally love the people and I think of them no differently besides the fact that they have a sin issue in their life. 

I have talked to many homosexuals and asked them how they feel when they talk to me (being a Christian), and they said that they do not have a problem with me because I am not the way most Christians present themselves on the News or Television.  Unfortunately I understand what they mean by that.  

A lot of times on the news some Christians will present themselves in a way that isn't Christ like at all.  Also, in a lot of movies they call themselves Christians but the way that they show their selves isn't even Christ like.  Because of these things, people get the wrong Idea of a Christian and are frustrated or bitter towards Christians.

Although these things occur, I would like you all to know that because I disagree with homosexual marriages I still love you all anyways, and I always want to be here to help, encourage, and talk to you guys.  I am sorry if you all disagree or find this offensive but these are my personal beliefs.

A Little Bit About School

So this will be my second week of school, and everything is going well for the most part.

I just wanted to give you all an update about my school, and  how it is run.

So Every day it starts at 8, except for Wednesdays.  Wednesdays class begins at 8:25.  Why?  They say it is because of OT (Orical Time).  I don't know what good it does honestly, but every day we have OT at the end of 5th period.  I don't know why Wednesdays are so different though.  

We only have 7 periods this year.  Which I miss the old schedule because this new one is super messed up with timing.  We have 4 dances this year, and that means I get to go to prom this year since it is my senior year.  HURRAYYY!!   

I would have to say that this year is off to a good start, and that I am going to enjoy my classes.  I would have to say aside from Anatomy, french would have to be my favorite class.  I enjoy the language very much and it is very simple.

A Little Bit About My First Day

Hey guys!  Sorry I have been busy with school.  Tuesday was my first day back for my senior year.

It has been pretty interesting because everything has changed in our school.  So I was trying to figure out how the schedule worked.  

Since it is in fact my last year of high school I wanted to play a sport.  I went with Tennis for this year.  I am actually very excited about tennis.  I think that it will be very fun.  I went and got somethings for it and it is super exciting.

Also this year my classes are so fun.  My favorite so far is Anatomy and Physiology.  I am really excited because I know that this year is going to go by really fast and I think I will do well.  I am so happy for all my friends to grow and go out into the world and do something with their lives.  Anyways that's all for today.  So I will talk to you all sometime soon.

So, sorry I haven't been on for a while, but I have been pretty busy this week.  I had to work most of the week and also I had to take care of the most adorable little kitten.  Its actually funny because I was walking home from my work place and I hear meowing.  I stopped and literally was like "Thats a kitten...aww how cute!!"  So I looked around and couldn't find it.  Finally I looked and it was stuck in a bush.  So I got it out but it ran away.  I knocked on the door of the house it was at and no one lived there.  It took me almost an HOUR to catch her.  Finally I did and I took her to the vet.

Sadly we couldn't keep her because we are selling the house, do I took care of her for a  couple of days so she could get some food and care, and then I took her to a no-kill animal shelter.  She is good and is in need of a good family.  That shouldn't be hard for her though because she is such a sweetheart.  Her name is Piper.

The other interesting thing I found out this week was a post on facebook.  It is called "Horrible Accident, Girl Folded under car"  You can't actually read it unless you share it.  DO NOT SHARE IT!!!!  If you share it, it will send a virus to your computer.  Do not open the link or share it.  It is a hoax.

A Little Bit About You

I know you may think you know yourself by now; however, other days you may not know who you are as a person or where you are at.  I feel like that a lot of times, but I found an answer for those days.  

Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

This is pretty self explanatory. We all sin or do something that we aren't suppose to do.  We will always do that.  That's only because we aren't perfect though.  We will never be perfect and God isn't asking for us to be perfect.,  God is asking for you to understand the consequences of doing it knowing that its wrong and fixing it.

Romans 6:23  "for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

If we keep acting in sin without fixing it it can lead to eternal death.  This death is Hell.  Sin leads to Hell, but the Gift that God is trying to give to us is eternal life with Christ.  How do we know this is real?

Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates His own love for us in this:  While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Here it shows a beautiful example of love.  While we are in the act of sinning Jesus has died for US. He died in our place.  It isn't His fault that we sin.  It is OUR actions, and only we are responsible of what we do. Jesus still loved us enough to take our place knowing that we will still sin.  

Ephesians 2: 9-10  "not by work, so that no one can boast.  For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advanced for us to do."

We are not suppose to brag about the works that we would call good.  The reason behind that is because at that moment we are doing it to get attention.  which means we are doing it for ourselves. We are GODS handiwork.  So the works that we do we should be doing it to glorify God.  God has plans for as.  he prepared them for us in advanced.  So how do we change our lives around?

Romans 10: 9-10  "If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and you believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."

So all you have to do is say that Jesus is Lord, and you have to believe it.  Because you can say one thing but act entirely different.  Your actions will speak Louder then your words.  It will show.  You are the one that can actually make the decision.  Just remember that Christ has a plan for us.  So we don't have to worry about what will happen in the future.  Because we belong to God, out father, and He will watch over and protect us.

It has become notorious for its brutality, including mass killings, abductions and beheading. The group though has attracted support elsewhere in the Muslim world - and a US-led coalition has vowed to destroy it."  ('What Is Islamic State'?, 2015)

ISIS who is clearly extreme Muslims follow the Quran.  So those who say they are extremists and not Muslims, are partially wrong. Yes they are extremists, they are also extreme Muslims. 

 Qur'an 3:32  "Say: Obey Allah and His Messenger; But if they turn back, then surely 

Allah does not love the unbelievers."

A "god" that hates.  Doesn't sound like a very good god does it?  A God worth serving is 

a merciful God, one who loves all and is forgiving. ISIS serves a god who teaches to hate 

those who do not follow him.   

Qur'an 5:33 "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive

to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified

 or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be 

imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter 

they shall have a grievous chastisement"

So here Allah teaches how it is in fact okay to kill those who stop him.  It is okay to murder.  

What god teaches its okay to kill? This is what ISIS is going with.  They are killing anyone 

who gets in their way.  exactly as it is ordered.

 Qur'an 9:29 "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that 

forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge 

the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book (Jews and

Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves 

subdued."

Here it talks about how they are not to acknowledge anyone who does not believe in Allah.  

They are to fight the people who believe in other gods and not theirs.

This is exactly what ISIS is doing.  They are fighting, killing, and raping people because they

do not believe in Allah 

A Little Bit About Me

Hey, I wanted to start my own blog and I had troubles figuring out what I wanted the topic to actually be about...so I choose a little bit about everything blog!  So today's blog will be about me. telling you a little bit about who I am and what my interests are.
I am Katlyn Daniel Green, but you may call me Kat.  I am a small town girl from Delphi Indiana and I have to say.. I don't mind living in small towns.  May not be as much as bigger cities but it's nice and comfy.
 I am a Christian and my papa is a pastor and so my youth leader.  I look up to my daddy a lot.  He is an inspiration.  He makes cigarbox guitars for fun and I absolutely love them.  Honestly my dad is the coolest dad ever.  Sometimes I get upset when he doesn't hangout with me...but we are both busy.  It also makes the next time we hangout even more special.  He is the reason I love music and guitar so much.  I love the passion he has for them..and it encourages me...and so now I play as well.  Music is my life.   That's all you really have to know about me...music.  That's my description. Music.
